LEARN ABOUT OUR PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS
GYMNASTICS
Specialty sessions will focus on progressions for specific gymnastics skills such as pull-ups, toes to bar, bar muscle-ups, handstand walks, etc. The coach will work with the athlete to personalize and develop the appropriate flexibility, mobility, and neurological adaptations required for each skill.
RESISTANCE TRAINING FOR STRENGTH & HYPERTROPHY
Sessions will focus on resistance training movements that will maximize upper-end strength and/or the development of lean mass. These sessions are perfect for athletes participating in football, lacrosse, soccer, or other sports where power and size are of great importance and/or for those that simply wish to build lean mass, which is the single best way to shed unwanted body fat and to look and feel your best.
POWER-LIFTING
Sessions will be focused on developing technique and strength in the deadlift, back squat, and bench press.
OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING
Sessions will center on the two Olympic lifts, the clean and jerk, and the snatch. These sessions will address and develop the athlete’s positional strength, technique, and power output necessary to advance their Olympic lifting skills.
