Our On-Ramp series are personal training sessions with a certified coach. During these sessions, you will learn foundational strength and conditioning movements with an emphasis on proper technique and safety. Movements will be explained and drilled, and each workout will introduce you to the intensity levels that make CrossFit so effective. On-Ramp sessions will allow you to maximize your results when you enter small-group classes.
* On-Ramp is required for new members before joining our regular group classes, but in some circumstances may be waived if a new member has prior CrossFit experience and can demonstrate proficiency in the nine foundational movements.
