On-Ramp

Description:
Our On-Ramp series are personal training sessions with a certified coach. During these sessions, you will learn foundational strength and conditioning movements with an emphasis on proper technique and safety. Movements will be explained and drilled, and each workout will introduce you to the intensity levels that make CrossFit so effective. On-Ramp sessions will allow you to maximize your results when you enter small-group classes.
* On-Ramp is required for new members before joining our regular group classes, but in some circumstances may be waived if a new member has prior CrossFit experience and can demonstrate proficiency in the nine foundational movements.

Personal Training

Description:
Personal training sessions are individualized programs based on your needs and goals. Whether you are brand new to strength and conditioning, an experienced athlete, or anywhere in between, we can help you move better, feel better and look better!

Nutrition Coaching

Description:
At Boulder Mountain Strength & Conditioning, we recognize that nutrition plays an integral part in optimizing your health, performance, and aesthetics. Whatever your goals, we will help you build the foundation necessary to create long-term, healthy nutrition habits.

Nutrition Coaching Includes:

  • Review of health history and food journal
  • Body composition analysis and realistic goal setting
  • Personalized caloric and macronutrient goals and lifestyle recommendations
  • Ongoing support and accountability with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly check-ins to keep you on track

CrossFit Strength & Conditioning

Description:
CrossFit training is a highly effective strength and conditioning program perfect for all ages and abilities. Our workouts consist of a variety of movements designed to build overall strength and improve conditioning. Once the client has achieved the proper techniques consistently, the intensity of the workout is adjusted. Our coaches work with you to individualize your workout every time.
Our program uses safe, effective, and efficient movements similar to those used in everyday life. Classes are in a small group personal training format, and each Workout of the Day (WOD) is led from start to finish by one of our expert coaches.

Ignition

Description:
Ignition is a great place to “start your engine” if you are new to working out, or if you prefer a lower-intensity version of the CrossFit training program. Ignition workouts include daily metabolic conditioning (cardio), in addition to basic bodyweight exercises, and light resistance work using elastic bands, dumbbells, and kettlebells. As always, coaches are on hand to ensure your workout is appropriately adjusted to your ability and goals.

Open Gym

Description:
Open Gym sessions are available to reserve several times throughout the day. If you can’t make it to a scheduled class you may reserve an open gym session to complete the day’s WOD independently or use the time to work on supplemental skills and/or programming. A coach will be present but the sessions will not be coach led.
