CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

CROSSFIT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

CrossFit training is a highly effective strength and conditioning program perfect for all ages and abilities. Our workouts consist of a variety of movements designed to build overall strength and improve conditioning. Once the client has achieved the proper techniques consistently, the intensity of the workout is adjusted. Our coaches work with you to individualize your workout every time.

Our program uses safe, effective, and efficient movements similar to those used in everyday life. Classes are often in a small group training format, and each Workout of the Day (WOD) is led from start to finish by one of our expert coaches.

IGNITION

Ignition is a great place to “start your engine” if you are new to working out, or if you prefer a lower intensity version of the CrossFit training program. Ignition workouts include daily metabolic conditioning (cardio), in addition to basic bodyweight exercises, light resistance work using elastic bands, dumbbells, and kettlebells. As always, coaches are on hand to ensure your workout is appropriately adjusted to your ability and goals.

OPEN GYM

Open Gym sessions are available to reserve at several times throughout the day for our unlimited members. If you can’t make it to a scheduled class you may reserve an open gym session to complete the day’s WOD independently or use the time to work on supplemental skills and/or programming. A coach will be present but the sessions will not be coach led.
